YSM-201 Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The fully automatic star wheel round bottle labeling machine is suitable for labeling round bottles in pharmaceutical, 

food, daily chemical and other industries. It can label full circumferential labels and semi-circular bottles. An optional 

automatic turntable bottle unscrambler can be directly connected to the front-end production line and automatically 

feed bottles into the labeling machine to increase efficiency. Optional ribbon coding and labeling machine can print 

production date and batch number online, reducing the bottle packaging process and improving production efficiency.

4. Working process

        *Core working principle: Put the product on the conveyor belt and enter the bottle dividing mechanism. After the bottle 

dividing mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects the passing of the product and sends a signal back to the labeling 

control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and 

Attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled, and cover the label at the same time. The attaching action of a label 

is completed.
